What Should I Wear Instead of Motorcycle or Cowboy Boots This Summer That is Still Cool and Unique?

So I’m a 19 year old male, turning 20 in August. My style is sort of a mix between 1950s greasers like James Dean and other more contemporary elements. Typically I’m in blue jeans and t-shirt, either under a button-up, a leather jacket or my lacrosse team windbreaker. I keep this style all summer long. I do own some black loafers but they’re a tad too dressy. So basically I’m in boots all year. They’re my style and there’s nobody else around who can pull them off. However I’m looking for new footwear for this summer that won’t make my feet sweat so much, but I don’t like the look or feel of sneakers. I want something I can run around in and play games like frisbee and football with my friends, but something that’s still stylish and badass. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!
