I suppose there are some "dressy" cowboy boots that might be okay. When I interview people, I want them to be dressed nice, but other than no obvious stains or rips, bad fit, etc, I don't really pay attention to style of clothes. I pay a LOT more attention to how the candidate responds to questions. Only if you’re applying to be a ranch hand!! ;)
