With the boot cut jeans,try some bright colored high heels. With the low rize jeans try those cute flats with a rounded toe.

I am not sure what you call those shoes that look like boots but they stop at the ankle. Anyway, I think you know what shoe I have in mind. They usually have a buckle on the side. I like how they look with those jeans. The good thing about those shoes is that the heel comes in different sizes. Although, I think the medium heel over the lower heel would look better with boot cut jeans. In addition, you can try a bright color higher heel pump for a dressier look.
